What do I need to supply?+
Just your artwork if you have it. If not, we'll design your ad: $80 for static, $120 for video. Send us your logo, a rough idea, and we'll take it from there.
How fast can I go live?+
Usually within a few days of signing up. If we're designing your ad, add a few days for that. We'll give you a firm timeline once we chat.
Can I change my ad mid-term?+
Yep. You get one ad swap during your 3-month term, no charge. Want to run a seasonal promo? Easy.
What happens when you add new screens?+
Your ad goes on them automatically, at no extra charge. As the network grows, so does your reach. That's the whole point.
What's category exclusivity?+
One business per category on the network at a time. If you're the butcher on board, we won't run another butcher. Your competition stays off our screens while you're on them.
Do you work outside Hawke's Bay?+
Right now we're building the network here in Hawke's Bay. If you're outside the region and keen, drop us an email. We're keeping a waitlist for when we expand.
What's the minimum term?+
3 months. After that you can roll over, extend, or stop: no long contracts, no cancellation hoops.
How do I know it's working?+
Digital signage has the highest recall rate of any ad medium (83% vs ~40% for print). We'll also let you know where your ad is running and when new screens come online. For direct response, a QR code or "mention Zalp" offer is the simplest way to track.
